Sandie,Well that was some evening.......You and your staff were just the best. The Best Party Ever. People are still talking about the food and the service. They are also talking about the one on one service that is so cool.I continue to learn with your help that personal service at a party is a luxury that you do not see often and believe me it is noticed. The staff was very friendly and again the food was incredible. Julie was wonderful. the dinner was a huge success. food was great and for 12 people we drank 8 bottles of wine. good thing everyone can walk home. I will send you the photos as soon as Paul figures out how to down load on to Snapfish.I mentioned to Julie about helping me out for a small ( party of 8) dinner party on Sunday November 22nd. not sure about the menu yet, I will probably need your help to make it special. all of your suggestions are always welcomed

Dear Sandie, I can not tell you what a pleasure it is to have you in my kitchen whenever I need to entertain. The entire dinner yesterday was such a great success thanks to your expertise, knowledge and attention to detail (like covering the chip on the platter with mums picked from the pot on the deck). The lobster was superb. Thank you thank you. I consider you such a found treasure. I just needed to thank you again for yet ANOTHER unbelievable job well done. Dear Sandie,never using a service such as yours,i did not know what to expect.Well,i will never have another party such as the one i just had without one of your staff members if they are as fantastic as Elvira was.What a hard worker!!!!!!! She was so pleasant to deal with.My guest's and i totally appreciated all the she did. I'm an easy going guy,so i gave her very little direction.I found out as the day went on that i didn't have to.I don't know about your other staff members but she has to be a true asset to your company.Thank,you for making our day a great one.
