I have gained much of my expertise while working in the catering industry for many years.  I am   very detail oriented and organized.  Often accused of being a perfectionist, offering nothing but the finest service and quality to each and every client.

My staff is a hand picked team of talented professionals who are dedicated and passionate about every client and every detail.  We go beyond the call of duty to accommodate your every need.  Some staff members are graduates from top culinary schools in America and abroad.

I have always had a passion for parties.  When I am an invited guest, I am often accused of taking over in the kitchen.  That is when I decided to turn my passion into a career opportunity.

We are based in Central New Jersey, but have a vast staff that can accommodate you in much of the tri-state region.
